ChoicePay was founded over 10 years ago by two local accountants, Reg Grandjean and Steve Wagner. Their goal was to provide comprehensive, professional, and customizable payroll services for small to medium sized business at affordable prices. The ChoicePay philosophy is simple - If you had a choice, would you opt for a large payroll corporation that considers your account one of many, or our company who recognizes that you and your needs are special and deserve individual attention? The saying "One Size Fits All" does not always "Fit All."

Today, ChoicePay is a well established company serving over 250 organizations. Our payroll specialists are professional, knowledgeable, and long-term. Not only do we offer customized payroll services, we also offer solutions for employee benefits and pay-as-you-go workers' compensation insurance. Some clients also take advantage of the accounting services offered by ChoicePay's sister company, Grandjean & Wagner, Inc.

ChoicePay maintains insurance, surety bond, and multiple levels of physical and electronic security to safeguard client funds and information. Our fees are typically a fraction of those charged by national corporations and we strive to ensure our clients' experience the best service in the industry.
